My name is Helen Brady and I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.   I offer  counselling to indiviuals and couples counselling  in a safe welcoming,  confidential space.

 

I offer both short term and long-term work.  I believe the key element to successful therapy is an enabling and trusting relationship in which you feel safe to talk.  I will endeavour to listen to your difficulties in a non-judgemental way and allow you the time and space for you to talk and explore your way of being.  

    

To support you to do this I draw upon different theories/types of psychotherapeutic counselling to find what best suits you, including working creatively.

​​I'm based in Market Weighton, the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds and within easy reach from York, Hull, Driffield and  surrounding areas.   I also offer online counselling and therapy throughout the UK.

For individuals a 60 minute session costs £60.   For couples a  90 minute session costs £110 with an initial introductory session of 60 minutes costing £80.
